The Enchanted Sword can be obtained by destroying an "enchanted sword in stone" background object, which can be found in random locations underground and in Enchanted Sword Shrines. Destroying this background object has a 49/50 (98%) / 9/10 (90%) / 100% chance to drop an Enchanted Sword.

Or that the enchanted sword gets an easier way to obtain this than a 2% drop rate form the rarest crate in the game. What could also work is to remove the Enchanted Sword from the recipe all together.It depends on your luck how fast you will find it. You can find the rift by running through the forest. The chance of its appearing is 1/4. After the break is found, you need to go down, and there you will find a shrine in which the handle of the sword will be seen. Also, with a probability of 1/3, a True Enchanted sword may be in the stone.

Since each "real" sword has a 10% chance of being Arkhalis (calculated when broken, not during world-gen), and OP said there's 3 real ones and one fake, your odds are pretty good. About 27% chance. You might have to generate the world a few times to get it, but knowing where 3 enchanted swords are in close proximity makes getting Arkhalis feasible.
Yes! It was almost the same, the biomes were in the same spots just the enchanted sword shrines weren't and chests were missing. Specific chests and the large trees could be on the opposite side or completely missing. I figured it was something in the way Linux interpreted the code compares to pc.
